To begin with a confession, I actually bought these cheeses for the rather undiscerning reason that I liked their shape. But I was unexpectedly rewarded, as they were both delicious. The mature cheddar was deeply flavoursome and the brie mellow (and I’m not normally a brie fan). Not only that but they’re vegetarian and organic too. So hurrah for Godminster.
