There are few things more important than the food we eat. How we eat affects our health, our relationships and the world around us. If we eat well, it brings us together, it nourishes us and gives us pleasure. If we get it wrong, our bodies suffer, it becomes a crucible for our unhappiness and our bad eating choices ultimately damage the Earth.
At the moment I have time to cook and a little time to write about it, so I wanted to start this blog to share my own love of food, and its importance, and think a little about how we eat, and to celebrate food and the connections it brings us to each other and the earth.
